I also travel throughout Finland to help and support the lipedema community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I have more than 21 years of personal experience with lipedema and a deep understanding of how it affects both physical and emotional well-being. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to health and in treating the body as a whole. I am committed to continuous learning and am currently studying the holistic Lipedema Coach method to further develop my expertise and provide the best possible support for my clients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One of my greatest strengths is hands-on therapy. I have received wonderful feedback for my ability to recognize each client\u2019s individual needs through touch, including areas of pain, inflammation, and other changes within the tissues. I believe that the body communicates with us when we learn to listen to it with sensitivity, knowledge, and respect.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Emotional well-being is also an important part of my work. My goal is to create a safe, calming environment where both body and mind can relax and heal. Presence, compassion, and individualized care are at the heart of every treatment I provide.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nature and animals hold a special place in my heart. I am a dreamer who often looks up to the stars and has a deep love for the sky and the universe. In my free time, you can often find me stargazing with one of my beloved pets by my side.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I enjoy swimming and traveling, and one of my dreams is to swim in as many different countries as possible.
