Why I Created This Cookbook for Women with Lipedema

As someone living with Lipedema myself, it’s my mission to support other women facing this challenging condition.

Through my work as the founder of Lipedema Coach, I’ve developed a holistic approach to Lipedema, and nutrition plays a key role in that.
