I'm Mireille and I live with my dog in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. From my home-based practice Lipedema Healing, I offer a warm and peaceful space, especially for women living with Lipedema. In my practice, I help women with Lipedema reconnect with their bodies and feel better in their own skin, in a place where they feel seen, supported, and safe.

My Story
After my pregnancy, my own struggle with Lipedema began. Even though I was working out regularly – and even worked at two different gyms – my legs kept feeling heavy and painful. Not even liposuction gave me the results I had hoped for.
My Journey
I wanted to understand what my body truly needed. So I started exploring alternative methods and took a cupping course, which gave me valuable insights. That’s when it became clear to me: this is the path I want to follow. I decided to join the Lipedema Coach Training by Rachel. With both my personal experience and everything I’ve learned, I now want to help other women find relief, with less pain and more energy.
My Mission
Today, I use my knowledge and personal journey to support other women. At Lipedema Healing, I offer a safe space, where you feel seen, heard, and supported. A place where your body can start to feel lighter again.
