Over the past few years, Eddie and I have attended several trainings with Joep aan den Boom, an experienced Level 3 Wim Hof instructor. Joep teaches this method worldwide, works closely with Wim Hof himself on expeditions, and is involved in various scientific studies around the method.

On September 27, Joep will join us at our practice for an exclusive workshop, tailored specifically to women with Lipedema. He’ll guide you through how Wim Hof techniques – breath-work, cold exposure, and mindset – can be applied to support the Lipedema body.
Throughout the day, Joep will not only share valuable background knowledge, but also personally guide you through the breath-work sessions and your entry into the cold water, completely at your own pace.
